The gifts of the Holy Spirit are given to Christ's bride, the church. These giftsare signs of Jesus' love for each of us and the evidence of His glorious spiritual wealth. Now through "meekness" I must learn to use my gifts to reciprocate God's Love and Glory.
Another Exceptional Class. Thank you Pastor Carl and Pastor Steve. The coming of the church age has NOT changed God's ways, nor the ways of His true disciples. As in ages past, If we want to walk with Him at all times, we must wait for Him in all matters even through our many trials and persecution.

I wrote training manuals for my polymer company. Many people may not appreciate the time and research it requires to write a training syllabus that EVERYONE who is being taught can grasp its content and readily apply and use the information if they so choose. I have no doubt, that Pastor Carl's navigational system ( The Holy Spirit) is working with him .. Spirit to Spirit.
I just want to thank Pastor Carl and Pastor Steve for hearing and obeying the voice of the Lord. Although I've been saved for over 33 years, a member of ALC for 23 1/2 years and I've learned so much under Pastor Carl's teaching, I am finding that what I thought I knew was just a drop in the bucket. Thank You Pastor Carl for teaching us in a way that is so easy to understand and so enlightening. For 10 years I was baptised in the Holy Spirit but didn't have my prayer language. I knew I had boldness and I new there was more power with the Holy Spirit Baptisim, but I guess I was waiting for Him to slap me up beside the head. I had not been taught that all I had to do was open my mouth. In 1989, during family trials,Brenda told me to open my mouth and let whatever came out come. Thank you Brenda. I love you so much for helping me. I thank God and I thank my pastors for this wonderful class ordained by our Lord.
Attending The School of The Spirit has helped us as a couple to grow spititually. As we express our gratitude for this class, we are learning that the highest appreciation is not to just utter words, but to LIVE by them.
Pastor Carl, Thank you so much for your "holy boldness" bringing me back out of my comfort zone and back to the realization that being "spirit filled" has responsibilities. I have had a "spiritual spanking" and I am ready to "put on the whole armor of God, so I will be able to stand against the schemes and tactics against me." Ephesians 6:11
Exceptional 2nd class!! Per Romans 8:14 I wish to be "led" by the Holy Spirit by my Obedience to God's Will; to keep domination of sin out of my life and obtain VICTORY in Christ. Thank You Jesus and Pastor Carl for this helpful training tool (Blessing).
I was raised in a Baptist church; however after Pastor Carl's 1st class I had to oblige the Holy Spirit and proclaim aloud ... Thank You Jesus for Pastor Carl's new vision. A student learns what the teacher knows. But, a disciple becomes what the master is.
